This project included providing design and construction documents for an enlarged kitchen, bath, and bedroom for this modest Cape Cod located at the rear of an existing home in Kenilworth, NJ. The 194 SF addition accomplished a spacious kitchen area and a comfortable dining area. The design also doubled the size of the existing bathroom and added an additional closet to the enlarged bedroom. Variances were avoided and permits were smoothly obtained.
